Our new promotion reporting system provides you with the capabilities of exporting highly customizable reports showcasing all manner of items such as graphical charts, campaign statistics, press page, label profile, artist biography, campaign notes and much more. and built a customizable reporting system that meets all of these requirements and more.
Reporting Features -
Detailed Campaign Statistics
Every conceivable number relating to the promo campaign can be exported onto the report if you so desire. Statistics such as overall release rating, supporting djs, feedback received, downloaded, viewed and best mix details can be displayed.
Graphical Reports
A brand new charts page has been added to the report which details the Best Mix, Overall Rating and Rating Breakdown in clean graphical chart to bring a new visible element to the report.
Promo List Filtering
It is now possible to export a report for selected promo lists only. You can easily select the lists you require from the filtered selection of promo lists that only shows those that have already been sent your campaign.
Summary Notes
The ability to make notes and store these against your promo campaign has been built in. You can then choose whether you wish to print these notes on the report or not.
Press Page
The optional press page allows you to export release, label and artist profile information onto your report. Everything from label profile through to social networking links can be displayed.
Date Range Reporting
Some labels provide feedback reports weekly to their artists. The new Date Range option allows you to filter the feedback received by date range and export a shorter feedback report if required.
Promo List Priority Ordering
You can now sort the feedback received by promo list name or by a custom priority. If you wanted to make sure your "Top 100 DJ's" promo list appears above your "Radio" promo list then this is now possible by prioritizing your promo lists and reporting in this order.
As usual Label Worx listens to the feedback from our labels and responds.
